1. Your heart rate

Your per-minute heart rate could be as low as 40 if you exercise regularly, indicating that you are in good physical shape. Your heart rate can be determined by touching your pulse.

2. Blood Pressure

You should keep track of your blood pressure on a regular basis. It is deemed healthy to have a blood pressure of less than 120/80. The first number, 120, indicates your arterial pressure, while the second, 80, shows the pressure within your relaxed heart muscle. A blood pressure reading of 130/80 or greater suggests that your blood pressure is too high, perhaps leading to a heart attack or stroke.
