1. Your heart rate

According to studies, a healthy person's heart rate should be 72 beats per minute. On the other hand, a heart that beats between 70 and 80 times per minute is considered healthy. Your per-minute heart rate could be as low as 40 if you exercise regularly, indicating that you are in good physical shape. Your heart rate can be determined by touching your pulse.

2. Blood Pressure

You should keep track of your blood pressure on a regular basis. It is deemed healthy to have a blood pressure of less than 120/80. The first number, 120, indicates your arterial pressure, while the second, 80, shows the pressure within your relaxed heart muscle. A blood pressure reading of 130/80 or greater suggests that your blood pressure is too high, perhaps leading to a heart attack or stroke.

3. Excess Energy

One of the first signs of heart disease is chronic fatigue or exhaustion. Your heart is in good shape if you have the stamina to go out after a full day at work. Your body obtains the oxygen and nutrition it requires from the bloodstream when your heart is performing properly, giving you the energy to keep up with your active lifestyle.

4. Cholesterol level

When you reach the age of 30, you should check your blood for cholesterol on a regular basis. In contrast, too much LDL cholesterol in your system can produce artery blockages, raising your risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease.

5. Proper Breathing

For patients with a weak heart, uneven breathing is one of the major problems. You are not in excellent health if you are gasping for air after climbing or walking, but you are in good health if you can breathe properly and catch your breath. It means your cardiovascular system is in good working order and is supplying your body with the oxygen it requires.

6. Quick Recovery

Another symptom to look for is the ability to swiftly return to your normal heart rate after an intense or strenuous workout. The ability to engage in physical activity is another sign of a healthy heart. You have no concerns if you play games or exercise vigorously without becoming injured.

Measure your heart rate immediately after exercising and again after one minute of rest to put yourself to the test. Your heart rate should have fallen by at least 20 beats.
